Kids Breakin’ Classes!
In Leeds City Centre!
We run three Breaking classes every Saturday: Beginners at 10:15, Intermediate at 11:00, and Upper Intermediate at 11:45; at the Dance Studio Leeds. These classes are designed for children who want to learn Breakin’.
Led by two members of the Bust-A-Move team, classes cover everything from top rock fundamentals to power moves, helping young dancers build confidence, creativity, and strong dance foundations. We also regularly welcome guest teachers, giving students the chance to learn from a range of experienced dancers.
Students who attend classes have opportunities to perform as a group and take part in community breaking events, allowing them to develop performance skills and become part of the wider hip hop community.

Locking Adult classes!
In Leeds City Centre!
We run a locking class every Monday at 20:30 at the Dance Studio Leeds. These classes are designed for adults who want to learn or develop their locking in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Each session lasts 1 hour 15 minutes, including 55 minutes of guided teaching followed by 20 minutes of free practice, giving dancers time to explore, train, and apply what they have learned.
Led by two members of the Bust-A-Move team, the classes cover a wide range of movements, from soul steps to locking foundations, helping dancers build confidence, creativity, and strong dance fundamentals. We also regularly welcome guest teachers, giving students the opportunity to learn from experienced dancers and explore other styles such as Popping, House, and New Jack Swing.
Students who attend the classes have opportunities to perform as a group and take part in community events, helping them develop performance skills and become part of the wider hip hop community.
